Find out whether the Government has acquired the land. Even if they have acquired, since it has not been used, you can ask for condonation of delay in payment of tax and apply for regularisation to your name.

2 acres property dry land in my village,which magistrate's order was in my father name on 1967 ,so after that government land tax is not paid till 2012, my father also died 3 years before ,2013 i started to paid land tax,10 house also occupied, i have checked in vao record, it is showing that sea land, what can i do, please help me sir.
