BBMP issues the Khatha Certificate.
You can check there. Or ask the Builder to provide Certified copy of the same.
It is not advisable to purchase property with B Khatha.

Hi, I recently booked a flat with GR Sankalpa. As per the provided documents by builder, the lawyer i consulted told that everything is fine. Can someone let me know how to see what katha is the property (Katha A or Panchayat Katha)

As per the plan approval copy by BBMP. Does this mean that the property is A Katha? Thanks

To be clear, I have the "Plan Approval letter". Does this qualify the property to be Katha A or still i need to go for legal opinion

Hi. Plan approval is different from Katha........it is better go through the entire documents and proceed.
