• Seeking Experienced Banking & Credit Card Dispute Advocate in Bengaluru

I am looking for an experienced Bengaluru-based advocate specializing in banking disputes, credit card recovery, the Limitation Act, RBI regulations, and CIBIL issues.

I had multiple credit cards issued between 2007–2009 and stopped using them approximately 15–18 years ago. My last payments on several cards were in 2008–2009. Despite this, banks and Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) continue demanding payments and reporting outstanding balances, even on some accounts I believe were already closed or paid.

Shockingly, one account shows an outstanding balance exceeding ₹1 crore, despite the original credit limit being very small. Even with my current salary, I doubt I would qualify for such a credit limit today.

I need legal assistance to challenge these disputed balances, examine the three-year limitation period, investigate excessive interest and penalties, and seek appropriate account closure and CIBIL corrections.
