You have to gift the property in your name so that your brother and sister have no right to over the property.

Hi Sir, We have a plot which is joint registered on my father's name & my name. I have Two brothers & a sister & this is not an ancestors property. I want to get it completely transefered to my name(Gift Deed / Release deed). So, want to know if my brothers & sisters have any rights over the property. What needs to be done to completely transferred into my name?

Thank You Sir! Though it is a joint registration, I took the loan to purchase this site & the entire amount was paid back to the bank by me. In this case does my father have equal share in this property?

What would be the process to gift the property on my name? Get the signature from my father on a stamp paper mentioned has gifted? Do i have to pay the registration fees to BDA? Kindly advice.

Hi, you have to prepare gift deed and it has to registered before the concerned Sub-Registrar.
