you cannot carry out any construction contrary to building plans sanctioned by corporation . if illegal third floor has been added and your application for regularisation rejected you will have to demolish it
Construction of house against municipal notice
Sir, my house is under construction. we had approval for only two(2) floors, but we constructed three(3) flours. and municipal corporation sent us a notice. So now we want to get permission, but they rejected, please help me with this issue . thank you sir
