My friend's husband has filed a case under sections 221B, 323 and 506. All these are false cases, how can I proceed further

How should we proceed further ,
All started in this way

they married last year after staying together for few weeks due to some mutually miss understandings they started living separately in the mean while we are seeking counselling sessions from Marriage counselor but all of a sudden her husband has filed cases under section 221B 323 and 506, Please suggest us what are these sections and how should we defend, we are not sure at this point that whether FIR is filled or not

120 B - Criminal Conspiracy, 323 IPC - Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt. 506 IPC - punishment for Criminal Intimidation. If u think charges are false, prove it before the court.
