since your mother is a government servant as per Service Conduct Rules 1968 in case of sale of property govt must be informed . failure to inform the govt will invite disciplinary action

Thanks for reply sir, this property was my grand father given to "thana settlement" to my mother. but elder sister lawyer notice to my mother working dept action to sale without goverment premisson , very soon my mother face a enquiry , how to face the problem

since gift deed was made in favour of mother your mother was absolute owner of property . she should have informed govt about sale of property . contact a local lawyer
