Hi sir i m Keshava from perambur,chennai. I would like to demolish my building and build my new building. Can we apply for plan approval before demolishing the building with demolition approval?

make an application to muncipal corporation for sanction of building plans. then only carry demolition of existing structure
1. For demolishing your own structure no, permission is required.
2. However to re-build it you need permission from local Municipality in the form of a sanctioned building plan.
