landlord can sell shop to whom soever he pleases . you have to pay rent to new owner . cross check with owner whether he has sold shop . offer to match the highest price for shop
Dispute with rented property
We are having a rented shop from last 30 - 35 years, we asked many times to the owner for the property, but he refused, and now we are getting rumors that he has sold that to someone else. Now, is there anyway that we can get this property back? We are ready to pay the market value of that plot.
