My ex employer is accusing me in discrepancy in stock after i resigned from the company.

1) send a letter to your ex employer dealing with the allegations made by them . 

2) in said letter mention that you have no role to play in stock discrepancy . no delivery challans have been signed by you . also deny that any stock was shifted as per your instructions
