You are not eligible for OBC NL certificate as your income is above Rs 8 lakhs per annum for last 3 years
- Employees of PSU Company are not central government employees. They are governed by service regulations of their respective department.
- Further, employees in Public or private Sector Undertakings, Banks, Insurance Organizations, who earn above 8 lakh per month are not eligible to get OBC-NCL certificate like a government employees.
- Hence, if your are getting more than 8 lakh , then you are not eligible to get a caste certificate of the non creamy layer.
The OBC non creamy layer certificate is not issued based on your income of your employment status.
It is issued to you based on your parents' income and employment status.
So you may confirm that if you are asking this query for you based on your income and employment status or eligibility for your children based on your employment and status of income.
If the latter is to be taken as your question then your children may not be eligible for getting a certificate under OBC NCL because on the basis of the information about your income from salary what you have furnished here, you fall under the creamy layer.
