You have to approach survey office for demarcation of boundaries of land
2) file declaratory suit that you are absolute owner of land
3) seek injunction restraining sale of land
I have procured 10acres farming land in 2015 and collected all adangal& 1b copies to file. It is totally 35acres land of 3brothers with subdivided parts in each survey number. Recently the same owners wants to sell 5 acres to another farmer in 2020yr.. One of those brothers has managed to create another khatha number (illegal )and 30 cents of one survey number was written to sale and registration completed. The new vendor was realised that Manupulation and has alerted me after few months as my share of 8cents was also registered to him. Those 8 cents were registered to me from those 3brothers but now due to Manupulation one brother is owner of that survey number and registed it. Then i met the official of mandal revinew office and they are reluctant and casual about this fraud and simply answered to go for survey to reset the 8cents to my account. As the state government has stopped adangal corrections it may take another 6months to correct it. Recently i have realised that 9survey numbers out of 40survey numbers in 1b document is not purified to deleet the sellers in that list. The sellers are with original numbers( like 17-1) and my number was given like 17-1a which is illegal and they are using this 17-1 number for double registration. How to stop further risk of second /fake registration? I request for legal, strategic&practical advice to recover my 8cents in 1b records and also save from double/fake registration by seller.

The revenue records are not title documents.
You apply for survey of your property.
Once survey is done you can confirm the extent as well as your survey number.
On that basis you can apply for patta passbook.
In case of any discrepancy and if the authorities are not cooperating or reluctant to your application you may resort to legal action by first issuing a legal notice followed by a suit for mandatory injunction.
