You first of all go through the contents of the orders properly or you can have the contents clarified by your own lawyer or any other lawyer in the local, because in the absence of the contents of the orders passed, it may not be proper to render any concrete opinion to your incomplete query.
Section (33)1 of the RFCTLARR Act 2013
A land was acquired under section 17 of old LA act and since award was not passed before 01.01.2014 i filed a writ in High court for the compensation under new act. High court has ordered that the respondents have to pass an award only under the Central Act 30 of 2013.Accordindly they have passed the award. now they have send me a notice under section section u/s (33)1 of the RFCTLARR act 2013 , My doubt is whether they have to issue notice under sect 12 of the LA 1894 or section u/s (33)1 of the RFCTLARR act 2013 . Section 24 of the new act say (a) where no award under section 11 of the said Land Acquisition Act has been made, then, all provisions of this Act relating to the determination of compensation shall apply; please clarify.

Since award has been passed under act of 2013 notice has to be issued under provisions of 2013 act
section 24 of new land acquistion act 2013 provides that if award has not been passed then provisions of new land acquistion act shall apply regarding payment of compensation
