Is it legal to give an offensive name to one's shop or organization ?
for example 'gadho da dhaba' or 'bewkoof aadmi party'

be civilised in your approach atleast as far as giving name to an eating house . by calling dhaba gadho ka you are insulting customers who come to eat at the dhaba
