Sir, I was working with a Govt Bank and recently been selected to a CPSE . On advertisement and before joining it was confirmed that my protection will be done as per DEP guideline. Now after joining they are telling no pay parity is their between Banks and CPSE , so it would not be possible to give pay protection. I would like to get legal assistance in above case , and if any earlier judgment is given than it will help me rather than fighting with management

Pay protection is available from govt. to PSU.
If bank has framed separate service rules other than the FR &SR, than thing is different.

My current organisation i.e CPSE is following FR &SR, but they are rejecting my request for pay protecion as i cam from Nationalized bank and not from PSU
Nationalize banks are public sector banks.

You may make a representation in writing to the management about this, let them reject your application citing the relevant rules, after which you can approach the high court with a writ petition seeking justice and releif.
If you join afresh pay is not protected.
CPSEs are not governed by FR and SR. They are autonomous body having their own rules .

Dear nationalised bank are PSU banks and pay protection will be applicable in your case as confirmed by you Before joining.
You should file a case before CAT or writ petition before High court for challenging the administration decision of not providing you pay protection.
