• Regarding ews reservation

Sir... In ews reservation
There is condition 
(1)residential plot of 100sq yards and above in notified muncipality
(2)residential plot of 200 sq yards and above in other than notified municipality 
My doubt is my father has a plot 190 sq yards with gramapanchayat(timmapuram) lay out.... It near to kakinada muncipality(2km away) ..... Am i eligible 
What is difference between notified municipality and other than notified municipality
There is an another condition
(3) residential flat with in 1000sq ft
My doubt is what is residential flat.... I have my house in my village... Is my home comes under residential flat

1) Here you have to check GR passed by state government regarding notified municipality and other than notified municipality. All villages names must be appearing in that GR.

2) Residential means for normal gome living for people and bot for any commercial purpose means shop or business offices etc. Residential purpose means totally 100% pure for residents of human being.

Notified Area Committee

A notified area committee is established to take care of administration of an area which is either a fast developing town from industrialisation or a town not yet developed to fulfil all the conditions to create a municipality but is considered as important by the state government. A notified area committee is created by a notification in the government gazette. The notification also mentions the provisions of the State Municipal Act that are applied to the notified area committee. The state may also entrust to it powers under any other act. The powers of a notified area committee are equal to a municipality. Unlike the municipality, a notified area committee is an entirely nominated body. State government nominates all members including the chairman to a notified area committee. Thus, a notified area committee is neither an elected body nor a statutory body.
