Regarding Rules & Regulations of Appointments in Non Teaching Post in a Central University
Dear Sir, Can you please tell me all the rules and regulations that should be followed by the Central University authorities for appointments to the Non Teaching Group A post (Grade Pay 7600/- as per 6th pay commission) of Central University in India? You can also mention books title that are available in the market in this regard. R P Singh

The rules of UGC for non teaching staff along with rules framed by the university shall be applicable in this case. Further the bare act shall be sufficient.

The universities across the country may make rules In exercise of the powers conferred by Statute 12(2) of the Statutes in the Second Schedule to the Central Universities Act, 2009 for recruitment of non teaching staff, for regulating method of recruitment and promotion to non-teaching posts (including Library posts) in the University.
You may pursue the university guidelines of the particular university which you are looking from the office of the same or in any library of the concerned university.
