The concerned authorities are free to initiate criminal action against you. You should definitely withdraw your name from the list of selected candidates by moving an application without mentioning the certificate in question. The authorities may take a lenient view against you in that event. If you dont use that certificate and get it cancelled from the issuing authority then you shall not face problem in future elsewhere.
Wrong details in obc ncl certificate
I belong to obc ncl since both my parent were recruited as grade 3 govt employees, But while making certificate, i didn't mention my mother's occupation in ncl certificate. (i know i did a silly mistake). Now i got a government job using that certificate. Will it cause any problem in future?if so, can it be ground for prosecution bcoz i actually belong to obc ncl.

See it will not cause any problem as the details of parents employment are not mentioned om the certificate the certificate though is based on those details.
On vary thorough enquiry of certificate application form it can be found out and nobody is gonna do that . Further in bleak case even if it done you legally belong to NCL and taken no illegal benefits so there won't be any issue as such.
In the event any inquiry is held you should produce evidence that your mother is grade 3 govt employee
2) before the verification of your certificate inform govt about tmistake committed by you

Actually if you should have mentioned your mother's income as well.
If your father's income is mentioned more than 8 lacs rupees and grade 3 on this basis you had received OBC NCL certificate than no issue.
Same certificate you can get by updating your mother's income as well.
There are different criteria to get OBC NCL certificate.
If you are written this by mistake and by writing your mother's job your status still same OBC NCL then no need to worry, try to update same
In future may create some hurdle so try to resolve immediately before they verify tell them and reissue certificate with updated information
If you done anything illegal or hiding any information by which your changes non creamilayer to creamilayer then it may create problem in future you may terminated otherwise no need to worry
Whether you mention your mother's status (grade 3 employee), since you are eligible for the NCL category certificate and the reservation thereon, there is nothing to be worried about it at least at this stage.
Even in verification this will not impact adversely on the elgibility hence dont give importance to such ignorable mistakes

Eve if they are promoted to grade 2 you will be still eligible for NCL when they are not direct recruits.
You would still be entitled to OBC NL certificate as your father is not direct recruit of class 2 govt employee
Since they joined as group III employees, they remained as group II emploees, you are eligible to avail the OBC NCL Category benefits.
