This is not a complete answer. This is known already that it is not required but what was required was the reference to any such precedent cases. As we already have the decision by Writ petition vide No.WP 20460/2015 and RP 481 by MP High Court. What we want is any such precedent cases to support your answer.
In PSU there may be 2 rounds of interview
, first is group dicussion in group of eight or so then selected ones goes for next technical interview where basics of the subjects woukd be asked along with few hr question
3) in PSU like Bharat petroleum there at 2 rounds of interview
4) you cannot say that company should not conduct second round of interviews
5) judgments depend upon facts of each case
6) could not find any precedents desired by you
