• Cheating regarding buying now not giving back money

Sirs, On online social platform i got a page where they were selling cheap mobiles nd cameras, i got contact no from there.
They were really good they assured me if i did full prepayment i will get my camera in5-6 days..
Then after 2 days what they say is they r out of stock nd now don't have camera nd there main dealer is not answering, so they assured me against camera i can buy any phone but money will not be refunded. 
Now the real deals start they first said there r huge no of options in mobile i can buy then tgey said they r also out of stock now they only have copy clone of iphone and Samsung.
Ultimately they r looting like this. 
The amount is not that much but Sires plz tgink how much lootinh is will be doing.
Plz suggest what to do nd how... Any case possible?

Issue legal notice to fraudster to refund your money with interest

File a police complaint for cheating and breach of trust before the Cyber cell giving the proof of payment.

Further give them legal notice to refund the amount if they fail file a consumer complaint for recovery of the amount.

you can file a consumer complaint against them in consumer court for default and defect in services also you can lodge complaint at your jurisdiction police station u/s 420.

For amount recovery you have to send a legal notice through lawyer and file a recovery suit along with interest and damages.
