Can I buy a Land 2 acres which is 1967 issued D namuna in Andra Pradesh, some guys said 1970 before issued d namuna was eligible to registration. Is it correct?

D-form/Namuna patta is a conditional patta. It is only heritable and not alienable. Patthedaar can only enjoy the property, but cannot sell. If Patthedar voilate the conditions mentioned in the patta, the govt can take back the land.

Dear Client,

D form patta is conditional patta. It is only inheritable and cannot be sell. If sold than govt. will take back the land. Patta issued before 1954 , those lands can be transferred.

And lands assigned after 21.1.1977 can be regularized at market value. However, the assignee should have enjoyed the lands for 30 years. If regularized after holding for 30 years, than purchase is advisable.

The allottee can enjoy the property and not sell the same.

If the conditions are violated then the government will take back the land.

You may go through the conditions of mentioned in the allotment letter.
