You can apply to school board to rectify mistake in your father / mother name in your school certificate
If they refuse to do so file writ petition in HC to direct board to correct name in school certificate
Discrepancy in the certificates
sir please pay your attention!!!!! My father and mother name in my 10th certificate are Awadesh roy(missing H between d and e) and Shobha roy. In my class 12th certificates it is Awadhesh kumar roy and Sobha roy(missing H between s and o) and in my graduation certificates it is Awadhesh ray and shobha ray(which is really correct) as their own documents contain these name which is in my graduation. Meanwhile the names in the graduation is correct and all my other documents such as aadhar,pancard,etc contain the name which was in my 10th certificate that is Awadesh roy and shobha roy. Sir please suggest what should i do now to make these discrepancies correct...... Sir plz give your precious time and suggest me.

These are minor typo graphical errors . It should not create problems in your obtaining job . Can execute affidavit
First issue notice to the concerned persons to make necessary corrections in the marks card u/s 80 of CPC by giving them 60 days notice, after lapse of 60 days you file a suit for declaration and mandatory injunction. You will have to issue notice to the State Govt., REp., by Deputy commissioner of Dist., and Deputy Director of Public Instructions..
Sir you can make one and same person affidavit for your parents starting both the names are of sane person and there is just typhographical error. This affidavit can be printed on stamp and it can be notarized with the notary.
You dont have to apply for affidavit .
Please ask both your parents to make an affidavit each on a Rs. 10 non-judicial stamp paper stating the discrepancies and providing their actual names.
You can prepare an affidvit stating that their correct name is....... whereas in the different documents is...............
Get the affidavit notarised.
Then publish the same as public notice in a local newspaper.
Keep the affidavit and the newspaper publication with your documents.
The above procedure may be supporting you to defend your interest in the future.
