5) no maintenance paid during iddath period
My husband is in SBI bank..so he can remerry on the basis of this talaqnama? Plz answer..and I don't accept iddat maintenance which send by money order..this talaqnama accepted mistakly by me..
File petition in family court for declaration that marriage is valid and subsisting

3) since he has divorced you he can remarry

this talaqnama is not valid and hence iski koi validity nahin hai. aapko s.125 CrPC mein maintenance ki application file karni chahiye. ab teen talaq illegal hai

Apne husband ke khilaaf DV Act or maintenance ke mukadmein kariye.

Triple talaaq is already banned by Supreme Court and your right have maintenance is not restricted up to iddat period, you can file applcaiton in court to receive continuous maintenance.
Triple Talaaq not valid and he cannot remarry.
The talaq given by him is legally valid, no doubt the grounds what he may have intimated may be wrong and false.
However this talq cannot be challenged in the court since it is as per the personal law and court cannot interfere in it.
As a matter of fact, he may marry even during the subsistence of marriage, which is permissible as per Muslim personal law.

By intimating the decision of divorce in the form talaq, your acceptance or rejection is not all an impediment.
Since he has dissolved the marriage by talak which is a valid form of dissolution of marriage under Muslim personal law, the bank has to accept this as legally valid divorce or else the bank will face problem fro interfering and disputing the personal, which even the lower courts hesitate to interfere.
You can claim maintenance, can file a DV case, you can lodge a criminal complaint for dowry harassment etc.
