• Corruption and fraud

Sir, I sent a letter to NPCIL but they didnt respond. what will i do now? The letter is given below:
The Head of HR Department, Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited, Kakrapur Atomic Power Station, P.O Anumala, Tapi, Gujarat – 394 651
Sir/Madam
I, Deepak Tomar has appeared in the exam conducted by the office of your good self for the post of SA (B) Civil vide advertisement no. KAPP/3&4/HRM/02/2012. That in the present exam I have got 63 marks in interview and 63 marks in written exam which total comes to 126. While on the other hand, one Sh. Mohammedsalman Adamdaud Patel the person who got selected for the same post in general category has got only 124 Marks ( 77 marks in interview and 47 marks in written exam). For the people selected in general category there was a remark on final merit list page that ‘This include candidates selected on their own merit from other categories’ by which it is clear that I could selected in the general category on the place of Sh. Mohammedsalman Adamdaud Patel as I was having more marks then him who got selected.
That there was another person namely Stalin M. who got 48 Marks in written exam and 72 Marks in interview which total comes to 120 Marks and got selection in OBC category while on the other I was also from the same category and got 63 Marks in written exam and 63 in Interview and got 126 Marks in total but he was selected and I was rejected for the same post in same category. It is very strange that the persons who got less marks, are selected and who got more marks, were rejected without giving any explanation, which reflects that there is something fishy and in-transparent, which needs to be investigated. It seems that the selection was biased, that is why the applicants who got more marks were rejected and the applicants who got less marks were selected. It is pertinent to mention here that in advertisement, the mode of selection was based on written test and personal interview only.
In the advertisement KAPP/3&4/HRM/02/2012 there are total 25 posts were advertised including all i.e. SA (C) for Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Safety and SA (B) for Mechanical, Electrical, Civil. And only 05 seats were vacant for all SC/ST category means 5 out of 25 say 20%. But against SA (B) 50% candidates selected from SC/ST category. Total 12 candidates recommended for selection and 6 candidates out of 12 belongs from SC/ST category. As per advertisement this should be 20% in place of 50%, and these seats should be filled from other categories.
I don’t know why this irregularity made in merit list but this incident harassed me too much, and my whole career went on a wrong path. So, I request you to kindly investigate the matter and do the needful and appoint me as I was the eligible candidate for the above said post not the persons who are stated above. All the documents in support of this matter attached with this letter. I will wait till 07 days from today for a satisfactory reply at your end.

If you have not got any response or reply from the authorities till the stipulated time period, you may plan to approach high court with a writ petition against the NPCIL recruitment authorities, seeking relief and remedy for your grievances.

You should have obtained the information to prove your case through RTI act to substantiate your claim on this.

The documentary evidence and the merits in your side (as opined by your own advocate after scrutinising your case properly) should be able to fetch you the desired relief.
