We bought a agriculture land in Telangana recently which was clearly a patta land and was registered. We were also issued passbooks. Tahshildar gave a certificate that the land is not govt land as per revenue records. Online prohibited lands does not have our survey number. Certified copies of all pahaanis since 15 years are all clearly stating it is a patta land. ROR 1B issued.
Out of no where the ex village sarpanch brings this copy of a pahaani from 2007-2008 which lists out poromboke lands of that village. That copy has our land survey number listed as poramboke (biladakla).
How to verify this copy he is showing is genuine? None of the online records show that the survey number we bought is any kind of govt land?
Ex sarpanch claims that he wants us to sell that land and get out of trouble.
Please help!

Is there any list that govt maintains for poramboke lands? Can we get this info from RTI act?
