• Not serving notice for resignation

I left a probatinary clerk job from a pvt bank.I gave them resignation letter.I had 2 options.Either to serve 2 weeks notice or pay 14 days pay as per my service agreement. After I sent the resignation letter to HR dept manager told me to work until I got a reply mail. But I had to leave immediately. So I sent the letter to HR and left the job with leaving the 14 days pay in my staff account. Now I received a mail saying I have to pay the amount.(which is already in my staff acc.) and give back files/books of bank if I have any(I only have my staff acc checkbook, atm card and study material given during my probation time.I cannot go back and give those books and close my staff account now.But I left the acc with needed money.Won't the bank just take the necessar money and leave me? As I am not going to mention about this job to my next employer, can it affect me in future employment?

Reply by mail that you have already left 14 days pay in your staff account and to debit your account with said amount

Mention that you can send cheque book , study material by courier

you should not suppress material facts when you apply for your new job . Disclose earlier job

s not an individual that it will take into consideration the feelings or thoughts that you have ion yor mind.

This is an employment with an organisation hence you may have to adhere to the laid down rules and procedures.

You can send the bank's properties by courier service, you can also gi instructions to bank to adjust the amount you are due to the bank from your savings bank account.

You cannot agitate and refuse to comply with the demands made as per rules, failing which you may attract unnecessary legal action against you in this regard.

Yes, NPS being a govt. run trust, there are possibilities that they might come to know about your previous employments.

You have not sought the present employment on the basis of previous employment and neither you are interested to utilise that experience to this job hence you need not be worried about it.

The current employer will not be interested in such issues which has no material value to your current employment
