I am purchasing plot in ramanagar district. It is BMRDA approved Layout. My question is in 2006 agriculture land owner (thimmayya) sold agricultural land(SY. 7p4) to BS Nagaraj and after 2 months BS Nagaraj applied for DC conversion and DC sent intimation to pay land conversation charges and the same was paid by BS Nagaraj. In the same year BS Nagaraj sold agricultural land to Developer company without DC conversion Order. In 2010 Developer Company again applied for DC Conversation for Survey 7P4 along with other surveys and got obtained DC Conversion order. My question is 1. Can BS Nagaraj sell agricultural land to company without conversation order by just paying Land conversation amount. 2. Will be there legal problem in future if we buy plot in that survey. 3. In 2010 particular survey got completely DC converted. 4. When we ask 2006 dc conversion order copy BS Nagaraj is saying that they paid fees for deemed conversion. What does that mean? Pl suggest if we can buy such plots will be there any legal issue in future.

1. In case if a person has already purchased the plot in the same survey what kind of issues will occur in future.? 2. Will there be any penalty or legal action taken against plot purchaser or developer? If yes against whom penalty or legal action is imposed. 3.
