1. Did you receive appointment letter from BCCL? If yes, then you have probably been suspended for absenting from duty and also that departmental enquiry has already been conducted against you afyer issuing chaerge sheet, if you were appointed as a permanent emmployee of BCCL. If you have not yet been terminated after completion of departmental enquiry, then you are still counted as the employee of BCCL You shall have to enquire with BCCL to apprise the present status of your said employment.

2. Since you have not worked even for a montyh and have not taken your salary, it will be prudent ion your parrt not to inform your present employer that you were employed with BCCL since it might the complicate the matter.

3. How shall police come to know about your empl;oyment for less than a month wherein you have not even gort your first month's salary? If you disclose the fact then you shall have to submit the release letter of BCCL which you won't be able to do. So, it will be prudent on your part not didclose the saidf fact to your new employer.

1. Since you have shown that you were employed in that organisation earlier, you are required to produce NOC from them, if you have not showed that employment in this application form then there is no need to produce any such thing at this stage especially for only one month employment with that employer.

2. If you dont provide any details, your candidature may be decided as per rules of the present employer.

3. The police may verify your character and antecedents, they may not go deep into the previous employment whose details may not be available before them.

sir I have a doubt regarding police verification, does police collected informal information in my local area related to the fact mention as "not applicable" in the attestation form????

... as there is an employment column in the attestation, "Are you holding or have any time held an appointment under the Central Govt. or State Govt. or a quasi-Govt. body or an Autonomous body or a public undertaking, or a private firm or institution?" If so, give full particulars with dates of employment upto date.

If you have not shown your just one month employment in the application form then you need not be worried about this aspect.

The police may not go deep into it and also they may not be able to gather any information about this employment from the neighbours who also wont be knowing anything about it which took place 5 years ago.

1. Police will not enquire about you from your local area people about you asking them questions about your earlier employment.

2. Police will search their records for any case filed against you, if any.

3. Since there is no such record, the police will come to your house for address verification and then ask you for some gratification for sending police verification report which you can pay to avoid any delay in sending the said report.

4. While filling up the form, write at that column 'N.A'.
