• Shifting from PG from deemed university to PG in govt college

My daughter has taken admission in may 2017, in d y patil medical college , navy mumbai, in md ( psychaitry) , throught neet pg merit, management quota, for the year 2017. i paid hafty fee for the year, in the medical college. now she got intimation of selection in nimhans , bangaluru which is an autonomous , govt. run medical college. nimhans selection is thorugh their own enttrance exams hence the second list is announced late , after the admission thorugh neet cet are complete.
my daughter is very keen to shift for comparative good reputation of nimans.
we are being asked to pay full three years full fee , i am not sure if any panalty as per dmer maharashtra will also be applicable. can it be contested.
also will it be in order to take admission in pg after resigning from one pg in same decipline ( psychiatry) , in nimhans , after neet admission last dates have been announced ( 31may 2017)
could nimhans get extention for date to admission being autonomous

1. Getting refund of tuition fees in whole is not a legal right.

2.So you can not get refund of whole money but a portion of it.

3.however you are not given a part of it as well then you can file a case beofre the consumer forum seeking refund and damages.

Act accordingly.

What were terms of admission . ?

2) if terms of admission where that your daughter if she does not continue the course will have to pay for full 3years fee then college would seek to recover fees for 3 years

3)your daughter would not be given LC unless fees are paid

4) daughter can pay fees under protest then file complaint against college before consumer forum seek refund with interest , claim litigation costs and compensation for mental torture undergone by her
