Dear Sirs I am 64 year old widow. The developer agreed to pay me the rent for the alternate accommodation in lieu of my Room in the building which is now demolished and the construction work is in Progress. For first two years he paid the monthly rent. From August 2015 he has stopped paying the rent - telling me that he has fund crisis - however the work of the Building is going on at a good pace in the center of Mumbai. For one reason or the other he is dodging to pay the agreed money What is the course uunder law I have to file the complaint - which will compel him to make the payment of the rent immediately
