• Salary of two months

Hello,. I have two years of teaching experience in jr. college of mumbai from 25,june 2015 till july 2017.I have not got a offer letter nor i have appointment letters, and college dont give to anyone, no bond signing. I had gave them intimation a month before i ll leave this college, because no notice period was ever told to us.
Now college is not giving me two month salary, and as i left my college in july they are giving me my experience letter till april and and salary slip only till april!
What can be done to overcome and take my two month salary from them.
Note:Reason for leaving that college is more working hours then it was told and administrative work, but i was appointed as a teacher in jr. college

1.if there was no mentioning of notice period then the college cannot force you to give 2 months salary as notice period.

2.However beofre quitting you were supposed to give them reasonable notice to quit like one m0nth or week.

3.anyway f they do not agree then send them a legal notice seeking your due.it should work.

4.FIling of any case is not suggested as your career would be tarnished by their false propaganda,

1) you have give one month notice

2) college cannot refuse to pay you 2 months salary

3) issue college legal notice to pay your salary for month of May , June 2017

4) complaint to education department against the college

Send them a legal notice in this regard. If your grievance is still not addressed, approach the labour commissioner.

If the college has not paid you two months salary, then you may issue a legal demand notice seeking your arrears of salary with interest till the date it is settled.

After that you can approach civil court with a money recovery suit, it is is worth enough to pursue the matter through court.
