For construction of compound wall permission from municipal corporation is necessary

2) file RTI application as to whether permission granted for construction of compound wall

3) your plot is not in Y colony . It cannot be covered by Y colony

4) your right of way cannot be blocked

You cannot take law into your hands

2) you ought to have obtained court orders for demolition of compound wall as it obstructed your right of way

3) file RTI application as to whether compound wall was constructed after due approvals

The house constructed in your plot shall have an access to road side through your colony only.

You may verify from the sketch or FMB attached to your registered sale deed about the access to road from your property.

If your sale deed says that you have access through Y colony, then you can file an easement rights suit or you have to confine to your own colony for this purpose.

We have demolished the compound wall and later the colony people has filed a compliant on us in Police station and the respective officer stated to re construct the compound wall.

You cannot take law into your hands.

You have no rights to damage others' properties.

Demolishing the compound wall is as good as damaging others properties.

You can look for solutions legally through court only and not this way.
