Suspension of ACB trapped officer
Mr Jadhav who was working as Dy Chief executive officer in one of the ZPs in Maharashtra was trapped by ACB. His clerk was caught red handed but Mr Jadhav was also arrested by ACB as demand for bribe by Mr Jadhav had proved. Mr jadhav was in Custody for 38 days and his bail was granted by High Court. He was not suspended by Rural Development Department of Govt of Maharashtra. After 7 months of his arrest he was given posting on non executive post. But then again after one year he was posted on the most lucrative post by Department.
Can a case against government b filed challenging his posting and maladies interest of the Government foe not suspending Mr Jadhav and giving him the lucrative posting. Govt itself has given permission to ACB to file a case against him . He was trapped secondly.
