Hello sir i am 19 years old. And i have one special friend who is 18 years old and we studying at the same college. But her parents is not allowed to study her and also mentally torcher her. She is good in study and her fees also paid by government still her parents not allow to study. So sir please give me some legal advice so i can help her. Thank you.

1.If you're not her family members then you can not help her.
2.However if the torture is continuous then you can inform the local police.
3. if she is not maintained by her parents then she can file case of maintenance agaisnt her parents.
4.however a NGO may take up her case and file case for her protection but you as an individual member cna not file such cases.
