Why are you so much concerned about the status quo order even though the cae is pending for five years?

What prevents you from contesting the main case?

The lis pendens doctrine will also act as status quio

You can go for revision agaisnt this but you must make sure that there is no technical flaw in your application for status quo

who will be responsible if my mother share is sold ?my mother has rights in her father self earned property. Then how can the statusquo be lifted?now my opposite party are eager to sell properties,in what way i can stop them from selling.please suggest

If this is a partition suit and you apprehend that the others are trying to sell her share of property also, then you may file a fresh petition under order 39 rule 1 and 2 seeking injunction restraining the opposite parties from selling or alienating or encumbering the properties in anny manner till the disposal of suit, afresh under the changed atmosphere and based on the evidences that you apprehend.
