1.The private employer is not bound to issue any experience certificate though the market practice demands the same.

2.SO if they refuse to issue the same you have no expeditious legal remedy unless the local Trade and Commerce Lobby puts somerpessure.

3.It is advisable that you try to resolve the dispute,if any amicably to get such certificate.

4.You can though use the letter of appointment and letter of resignation to show your total experience.

1. You are deficient in providing required details for advising you properly.

2. are you engaged wit a Company in India for flying its aircraft?

3. If yes, then certainly you have the appointment letter and flying records which is mandatory for flying aircraft by licensed pilots.

4. Your employer, ordinarily, is not bound by any Act to provide you experience certificate or certificate specifying your flying hours with them since it is obvious that with the said certificate, you shall leave them for better future, though all respectable organisations provide such certificates to their employees.

5. However, you can lodge a complaint before the local Labour commissioner in this regard and also file a Damage suit against your said Company for damaging your career by not providing your legitimate certificate of flying with them. .

Without knowing the company rules that are governed by the US laws no concrete opinion can be given.

You have not stated that why the company is refusing the desired certificate.

Vague details may not fetch you proper opinion and any opinion given on your such query may actually misguide you hence revert with details.
