1) file police complaint against persons who have used your PAN card and name for applying for govt tenders
2)file RTI application as to who was the person who filled in the tender , his residential address etc
Somebody has taken tenders by using my PAN number
Dear sir Somebody has taken tenders by using my PAN number in the year of 2011 and onwards .I know it in 2014.I complain in Income tax department but no action has been taken.Before 2014 I never login Income tax website related to my PAN number.I m govt employee.What I do .Pls help.

You make a proper complaint and legal representation to the Income tax department through your lawyer and take steps to block the said PAN and apply for fresh PAN for the said reasons.
You cannot say that your PAN had been continuously used for years by an unknow person and you were not aware of it.
You would have certainly received notice from income tax department if you have not filed ITR for the excess tax paid.
Being a government employee you should have been more careful about this.
