You should get injunction order on basis of MRO report that pass book is fake and register is altered

2) you should also get rectification from RDO

3) file police complaint against uncle for cheating , fabrication of documents before local police station . Rely upon MRO report

The documents stated are to be in your favor, in my opinion you may not face any problem and the decision by court may be in your favor alone.

Wait and watch the developments.

The police is right to say that it will not interfere in the civil matter.

You can produce the evidence in the documentary format.

The documentary evidence procured through RTI act shall be valid in the court of law.
