I have house in milkat no.269 (area 600sq ft) in Shriramnagar village in gat no.660(area 2 R )of Khedshivapur village.Now gat no 660 is in residential zone declared by Town planning.
 Is NA is required for construction of house (area 1700 sq ft) in milkat no 269 in residential zone?

if your land is agricultural you would need to convert it into NA for construction of house

Conversion to NA is to be permitted by the authorities if you would like to convert the agricultural land to non-agricultural especially for constructing residential plots or houses in the plots.

You may enquire the procedure with the local revenue authorities for obtaining the permission.
