My father has 2 son and 4 daughter, my father has died at the year of 1995,i am the eldest son and my brother left the house before that for job purpose and my all 4 sisters got married and living separately, I have taken care of my parents as a eldest son in the family, i am living in my father house with my family only,my siblings having there own property, but after 25 years my brother and sisters demanding partition of the house. As i am maintaining the house from last 25 years and build some rooms and painting to maintain the house, so am i eligible to get the remuneration from my siblings which i have spent on house to maintain the house? 2. As i have taken care of my parents and spent on there treatment, am i eligible to get the remuneration from my siblings as i have bare all the expenses of the treatment? 3. I have spent on my sister marriage am i eligible to get the remuneration from my siblings as i have bare the expenses on there marriage?

1) you are not entitled to any remuneration from your siblings for maintenance of the house . you have enjoyed the property for 25 years so question of remuneration does not arise
2)you spent on your parents treatment out of love and affection towards them . you cannot now claim equal contribution from your siblings for expenses incurred on your parents medical treatment
