On date of filing of application form you had no valid certicate and hence were not eligible for being selected for the post

2) you can take the plea that on date of giving exams you had valid certificate .

3?it is for the authorities to decide whether to appoint you for the post or not

4) any extension of old certificate would be from prospective effect and not from date of expiry of certificate

You can take seal of Tehsildar on last certificate regarding extension of certificate for next 3 or 5 years and it would be considered if dated within time of notification

If the income and community certificate has been issued with a validity period then beyond that period it becomes invalid.

You may have to obtain a fresh certificate only.

There is nothing wrong in obtaining a fresh certificate with fresh validity.

You can have both the certificate together and can produce the previous one if there is a question about the fresh one in this regard.

Thank you for your valuable reply sir, but can I take a SEAL ON LAST CERTIFICATE by deputy tahashildar regarding extension of certificate for next 3 or 5 years and wil it be considered if its dated within time of notification.

Instead of getting an endorsement extending the validity, you may procure a fresh one by producing the previous one before the authority who will immediately grant a fresh certificate without any hassle.
