Legal liability of daughters towards irresponsible 65 year old father
We our are 3 daughters, elder- divorce, myself - staying with in law & younger - unmarried all of us are graduates and working and they both of them are staying with our mother who is a heart patient. All our educational and even house expenses (provision, rent, clothing) we bared by our maternal uncle's from our schooling days. In the name of business loss(beating for horse race) pledged all valuables and obtained many debt. After our edu we have paid many of his debts. Always blackmailed my uncle's will away from home or commit suicide and leave a note on ur sis. Now he is in medical care centre as he lost is leg due to diabetic foot, all his operations (2lakh) and staying (20000+ additional/month) expenses are all Taken care by us. Though he his got ancestral property. Now he is again blackmailing us if we don't take him immediately to new house (rented) as per his requirement and keep a healthcare assistant at Home he will commit suicide and leave a note on us. As he is got ancestral property out of which he can take care of his expenses, should we bare his expenses. Can we send him any notice so that he stays away from us- stay at medical centre( where we ll pay expenses) or at his ancestral property but not where we are staying. Once he had already ran away from house (actually stayed at his parents house) with note- please pay all my debts (lists) only then I ll be back. We have our personal loan taken for marriage and my education loan which when released only half of the amount he only withdrew Rs 45000 in 2001 and I had to ask my uncle's again for paying fee....

1) All the above action already done and in fact all of us have blocked his call also, he is a person without gratitude.
2) We want to issue him a legal notice so that he doesn't come where we are staying and trouble us. For which we contacted, as he falls under senior citizen category.
3) In medical center also he troubled them so they told, they will not keep him anymore and informed us that it's only to go home he is doing all. He asked them to call NGO who works for senior citizens
4) He is a graduate, as got few advocate fr's and he had stood for MP elections also- Knowledgeable person. He told if we don't take him new home, shortly will come with police/NGO directly to house, so we want in what way we can take legal action.
5) Ancestral property is not yet divided and basically he doesn't want go there as it's in rural side and he can't go to horse race. In Panchayat they have divided as per which his share he is given to his sister who is a widow and no1 to take care of her, off left parents are also expired.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW ON LEGAL NOTICE WE CAN ISSUE HIM AND STAY AWAY FROM HIM
