• Property distribution

Property( building/kothi/Wada ) owner died in 1967 .

After his death his wife & 3 sons + 2 daughter add their names on property card in 1967.

property owner wife died in 1982.

Every son & daughter have child ( one boy & one girl ).
 
( 1 ) Now on 2017 they ( 3 sons + 2 daughter ) want to distribute property .What will be percentage of distribution.

( 2 ) Also property distribution in their childs

each legal heir has one fifth share in property

2) in other words sons and daughters have equal share in property

3) grandchildren have no share in property

1. If the proeprty owned by father was his self acquired then his grand children have no share in it.

2.in that case the proeprty would be equally divided among 5 siblings in 1/5th share.

3.If it is ancestral then only the grandchildren from son's side have share by birth and not from the daughter's side.

1. The sons and the daughters shall be entitled to 1/5th share in the property.

2. The children of the sons and daughters are not entitled to any share in the property during the lifetime of their fathers/mothers.
