I know this would sound fiction but my story goes as follows, my mother a sr citizen is a alcoholic addict past 25 years along with bad abusive extreme distruptive nature, since my marriage couple of years ago she fights with us every night abusing till wee hrs of the morning, my father passed away in 2006 and hence I was taking up all this being a single child all this while, the house in which we live is in joint ownership between myself and my mother, she is extremely only money demanding possibly due to her habit of drinking and tobacco and all , we as a couple were bearing all this past few years due to frequent fights I had warned her that I won't pay for her alcohol and bad stuff which effects her health, from where since she is a Sr citizen I get a notice from Sr Citizen tribunal mumbai, stating I am Harissing her and all false aligations l, I have enough hard evidence and recordings of her abusive habit to show to tribunal that I have not only given her monies as and when needed but she is the one who has Harrssed us, still since it's a legal notice I would like to know how do I go about this
Your answers would help my course of reply to the notice

On receipt of notice from tribunal, you should appear before them, record your objection to her allegations, deny them and give a counter to her pleadings and case.

You can submit the documentary evidences to support your stand and deny her allegations.
