on father demise apply for mutation of land in your name as legal heir

2) enclose father death certificate

3)receipt for payment of property taxes till date

4) notice would be issued to all legal heirs

5) if no objection received mutation would be done in revenue records in your name

Since you are the legal heir of your deceased father, you along with the other legal heirs are eligible to acquire the property.

The property will devolve on the legal heirs/successors in interest of your deceased father.

If the other person is a tenant and you would like to terminate his tenancy, you may issue a eviction notice instructing him to vacate the property and deliver possession, if not aproach court with a suit for ejection.

My father sold 3acres to govt ap2006 Feb.land distributed my brother and me.sold3 acre came to me but land didn't remove from revenue records.coming pahani and 1b.wat should I do

The person who has purchased the property has to apply for transfer of revenue records on his name by the virtue of his sale deed, and to mutate the revenue records on his name as per procedure.
