Sir i have taken MD course in private medical college in telangana state under convener quota from kaloji narayana rao health university warangal. Now i want to cancel the seat and pay the said amount of 5 lacks as penalty to university and join dnb. When i approached the university to pay the penalty i was told to forward the same to the registrar of university through the principal of the college where i have taken the admission. The management of the college are demanding fees of 21 lakhs to forward the application. In the prospectus its given yhat that a candidate can cancel the admission buy paying 5 lakhs to the university. "All the candidates including service candidates joining the Post Graduate degree, diploma courses should execute bond on a stamped paper of Rs. 100/- value as prescribed in Annexure-II to the effect that he / she will complete the prescribed period of training or in default to pay Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the University and shall refund the amount received as stipend upto that date to the Government." But the university is not accepting the DD for 5 lakhs directly. Please advice. I have to report to dnb with releaving letter by 17/6/2017

If you dont get a proper response from the university you can file a writ petition against the university before high court demanding relief and remedy.
