1. The mutual divorce can not happen beofre the expiry of one year.

2. So there is no other option but to wait till one year passes from the date of marriage.

3. Now if the boy doe snot want then mutua divorce will not happen and in that event your sister will have to file contested suit for divorce which would take long time.

4. Hence resolve the dispute amicably and make him agree for mutual divorce.

She can file an annulment petition on the grounds of non-consummation of marriage owing to his impotency.

But for that they should have lived together at least for a period of three months to prove that he refused to offer conjugal relationship or have sexual relationship with her owing to his impotency.

I have read it online that if there is no physical relatinship between a girl and a boy then we can ask for annulement /cancel marriage.And few lawyers said if both aggreed marriage can be cancelled ?

Even if both the parties agree for annulling the marriage the court if finds that they both are in collusion then it may dismiss the petition.
