1.sir mera jamin ka samjhota 2015 me hi ho gaya tha pancho se vah jamin aabadi thi lekin us jamin ko 2017 me registered karvaya hai to vah ho paye ga.
2.sir vah jamin aabadi hai aur mere parivar ha Batvara nahi huaa tha lekin 50 sal pahle hi sab alag alag ho gaye the lekin muh janani uska koi kagad paper nahi hai to mujhe vahi jamin mili thi to 2015 ke samjhota ke bavjood 2017 me jo nahi rahta vah registered kar sakte hai

If the property was orally partitioned and shareholders are in possession and continuous enjoyment then they are considered to the absolute owner of their respective share of property.

They can subsequently transfer this property to anyone by a registered deed
