if mother is absolute owner of property and she dies without leaving any will both sons and daughters will have equal share in the property

Hello , Sir this is to inform you that i am having a doubt that if there is a distribution in the property and lets say as an example if a mom is having a son and a daughter then what would be the ratio of distributing her property among them .

No if the mom is alive and there is statement given by the son to his sister that there must be ratio of 75-25 . is it fair or ethical

son cannot dictate the terms . it is for mother to decide how she wants her property to be distributed
Well thank you , But , Sir straight coming to the original topic is that there 3 sister and 2 sons and the parents are alive and the parents are not educated on law . So there was statements given by the son on it was that ke in the ratio of 100 % the son's should get 50% and mom 25 % and daughter 25 %

nonsense . father can make a will if he so desires . if he does not leave a will sons , daughters and mother have equal share in property on demise of father .
