Hi, One of my friend was in India( Delhi) who recently moved to Germany and there he was short of money so I Lend him a sum of Rupees 2.8L via NEFT transfer. Now due to some reasons my relation with him got messed up and so I asked him for money multiple times on Whatsapp , messenger etc.. he just use to read my message and stopped replying. I knew his intensions are not good and so I then threatened him that I will do a legal case on him. On which he replied very badly that do what ever you want to do and then he blocked me from every where. Now my question is 1. He is working in Germany - Berlin - Can I send a legal notice in Germany ( this will scare him as it may harm his job ) 2. He belongs from Srinagar Kashmir - Can we send a legal notice to kashmir as well from Delhi .. 3. His uncle stays in Delhi .. as well we can send a legal notice there too. I want my money back in short .

Sir, I did consulted to a lawyer so he was saying that it is useless to send Notice inKashmir as there are many laws they dont follow and it is useless .. he said it is more easy to send notice to Germany .. also sir what will be the fee etc if incase I want to proceed with you for this matter..
